Elegant sparkling wine with fine bubbles, offering fresh, crisp notes from the Uni Blanc grapes, balanced by hints of peaches and honey from the Muscat grapes.

With six generations of family heritage, Domaine de l’Angèle is situated near the village of Goult, offering stunning views of the Petit Luberon and Mont Ventoux. The estate owes much to its namesake, Angèle, who shaped the vineyard’s early growth. She built the terraces, dug the well, and planted an oak tree that still stands today. Through her hard work, she began expanding what was once a small vineyard, and it’s in her honour that the family named the Domaine.

With fine, delicate bubbles that are more ‘frizzante’ than fizzy, it brings out the crispness of Uni Blanc grapes alongside the subtle sweetness of peaches and honey from the Muscat.
